Jack Bobo is the Executive Director of the UCLA Rothman Family Institute for Food Studies, where he leads research and dialogue on the future of sustainable food systems and the adoption of food innovation.

His career spans leadership roles at The Nature Conservancy, the U.S. Department of State, and as CEO of Futurity, a food foresight company. 

Jack’s work combines global policy insight with behavioral science to explore how emerging technologies—from alternative proteins to agricultural biotechnology—can be successfully adopted by consumers and society. A renowned speaker and author, he inspires audiences worldwide to rethink the systems shaping our food future.
